Principles of Eulji Space art work

All artists participating in the work will faithfully follow and respect the <<Principles of Art Work>> (hereinafter referred to as “These Principles”) below, and may expect and request the same from other artists working together. Each artist agrees to these principles as a prerequisite for participating in the relevant work or work project (“relevant project”), and Eulji Space presents these principles to all relevant artists before starting work.Obtain consent.

Here, “work” includes artistic creation, performance/exhibition, and all artistic, planning, administrative, and preparation processes directly or indirectly related thereto that take place through Eulji Space.

All artists may reasonably discuss and raise objections regarding the application, method, and detailed rules of this principle to a specific incident or problem during the work process, but the content of this principle itself can only be modified through a separate procedure of Eulji Space. It can be. In these principles, “artist” includes all personnel participating in the project, including actors, directors, staff, and planners. Each artist applies these principles equally to all other artists.

First, The first principle in relationships between artists is mutual respect. Artists meet, get to know, and build relationships with other artists as independent individuals through the project. In our relationships with each other, we do our best to avoid any prejudice based on social indicators such as gender, age, status, experience, education, region of origin, and nationality.

Second,All artists participating in artistic work try not to define relationships and communication methods between them based on socially accepted hierarchical relationships such as age, senior/junior relationship, and relative experience. Artists strive to create and maintain a work environment in which two-way dialogue and presentation of opinions are possible and encouraged. When artists present opinions or give advice to other artists, they think of consideration for others first.

Third,Specifically, (1) discrimination based on social indicators including gender and age, (2) words and actions that ignore the other person, (3) assigning roles (other than performance as an actor) based on gender or age, or Refrain from making demands, (4) words or actions that cause sexual shame, and actions and words and actions corresponding thereto. Of course, violence and verbal abuse are not permitted for any reason.

Fourth, The second rule in relationships between artists is keeping promises. Artists faithfully adhere to the common goals, schedules, rules, and individual responsibilities set forth in the project.

Fifth,The third principle in relationships between artists is developmental communication. Artists do not take issue with other artists' concerns. Raising issues/remarks about the work environment and relationships should not be suppressed or ignored. Also, in discussions about raising issues/remarks, the content of the message itself should take priority, and objections/criticisms about the method should be dealt with second. All artists are responsible for creating a work environment and communication system for smooth conversation and exchange of opinions.

Sixth, the artist We respect the authority and leadership of the production crew and director of the project, and we respect the authority and leadership of the production crew and director. The director does not abuse the authority given to him and makes every effort to comply with the principles of artistic work.
